Mr.
Samuel Kusamba and Mr. Ernest Magesa will be responsible for the logistics
trekking instruments, transportation, food, etc. They will also be responsible
for arrangements of the accommodation for the participants.
They
will also make sure that they contact all the people who would like to
participate in the event, T-shirts and caps for the promotions will be given to
all participants.
Activities
The
first day of the the event will be , Saturday 16thNovember, 2012 whereby all the participants will meet for
briefing so they can start trekking on 17th November. Interested
Tanzanians will have to pay Tsh 200,000 for a trip and tourists will pay USD
1500 for those who will climb through Machame route and USD 1400 for those who
will climb through Umbwe route. This tour is there to encourage Tanzanians and
Tourists from all over the world to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro
